Why you would use it
To keep the inspection record of the equipment on a plan in the same place as the plan, and to see at once what’s overdue.
For example
What to do
- Open the register from Site signs, or search for it.
- Change a place, person, date or state in the row; it’s saved with the drawing and can be undone.
- Choose Save as spreadsheet to write the list to a file, or Place a legend to put a key on the sheet.
Going further
Dates are days with no time (14 October means that day wherever the file is opened). Overdue, Due soon (within 14 days) and In date are worked out from the dates and today's date on this computer, never remembered. The legend lists only the kinds of sign that are placed, with their counts; running it again replaces the old one.
