Measured, adjusted and ordered: three different numbers

What you measured, what you allow for, and what you actually order aren’t the same, and the program keeps them apart.

A single number in a bill hides a chain of decisions. DatoMark keeps each step so you can see and defend it.

Measured
What the measurements add up to, straight from the geometry and the scale.
Adjusted
The measured quantity after pitch, multiplier, waste, deductions and any manual adjustment, in that order. This is the quantity you would price.
Ordered
For flashings and trims, the adjusted length turned into whole stock lengths, with laps or butt straps, rounded up. This is what you buy.

The Working table in an export lists each step in order with its running total, so a figure can be checked by hand. That’s the page that settles an argument.
