Chat, share files, and see who did what
Talk inside the room, send a file with a note, and read the last few steps of everyone's work.
Chat
The Chat tab is for the room. Enter sends; Shift+Enter starts a new line. Type @ and a name to mention someone, and links become clickable. A new message when the lobby isn’t in front shows as a small card by the corner and a soft sound; both can be changed or turned off in Settings › Collaborate.
Send a file, with a note if you like
- Press File (or drop a file on the chat) to put it next to the message box. Add as many as you like; the × on each takes it back out.
- Type a note if the file needs one: it goes under the file.
- Press Send.
Files travel sealed, like everything else. A free room allows 10 MB a file and 50 MB in all. Files are forgotten when the room is.
Who made that mark
In the Layers panel, each mark in a layer's list has a small tag with the name of the person who made it (You for yours). Only a name is kept, nothing more. Turn the tags off in Settings › Collaborate.
Activity
The Activity tab lists what people did to the marks, newest first: the last 25 steps for each person, so it stays small. Pick someone to see only their steps (a row of buttons up to four people, a drop-down beyond that), and click a step to go to the mark.
