Work with a set of drawings: add sheets, reorder, find a sheet

Join more PDFs onto the set, put the pages in a sensible order, take pages out, and jump to the one you want.

A set is just a list of pages. The Pages panel shows each as a picture; the changes you make there are to how it is shown in DatoMark, and the original files are never touched.

  1. Click a page to go to it. Page Down and Page Up step through; Home and End jump to the first and last.
  2. Choose Add another PDF to join more sheets onto the end. Their measurements keep their own scales.
  3. Drag a picture to reorder the set, or use the small buttons on it to move it earlier or later, turn it, or take it out of the set.
  4. Put the pages back as they came returns to the original order and turns.

If the PDF has bookmarks, the Contents panel lists them. Click one to go there.

Seeing two pages at once

View › Pages across shows two sheets side by side (or two with the first alone, like a book). Side view keeps a second, independent view of a drawing beside the first, with scrolling and zoom that can be locked together. Both are for comparing, not for editing the set.
