Trim the view and restore the whole sheet
Focus on part of a page without deleting its content or moving your markup.
- Choose Trim the view by hand to adjust the visible part of a sheet, or Trim the margins to find its content automatically.
- After applying a trim, the view fits and centres the visible area. Your markup keeps its original page coordinates.
- Choose Show this sheet whole to restore one page, or Show every sheet whole again to restore the set.
When exporting, review the option to trim pages as you’re viewing them. A PDF crop hides the margins; it isn’t secure removal.
