Read and change what to order, drawing by drawing
A flashing's row on the bill opens to show what to order, with a line for each drawing, and the stock length and joints can be changed right there.
Once a flashing is set up to order (see Work out how many lengths to order), its row on the Take-off page says how many lengths. Open the row and a blue To order block shows the number of lengths, and under it a line for each drawing its runs are on, with the length and what comes of it.
- On the Take-off page click the flashing's row to open it. The headline in the blue block reads something like 10 lengths to order.
- Change the Stock length, the Joints or the Lap in the block. The lines and the headline change straight away, and it goes into the undo history like any other change.
- Click a drawing's name to go to the sheet and select what was measured there.
The controls are on the flashing, not on a drawing's line, because how a flashing is joined is a fact about the flashing. A line that could disagree with its neighbours would be a total nobody could reproduce.
