Export or print the marked-up drawing
Make a new PDF with your markup on it, or print it, and choose what goes in.
Your markup lives alongside the PDF, so to give it to somebody you export a new file. The original is never changed.
- Choose File › Export marked-up PDF….
- Choose what to include. If anything is hidden you’re asked whether to leave it out; it’s never dropped silently.
- Save the file. Open it in another reader to check, if it’s going outside.
Print (Ctrl+P) uses the same choices and prints what you see, with your markup.
