Look It Up
Set up the tools
Puts the tools for one kind of work at the top of the rail.

Why you would use it
The same viewer opens a roof plan, a score and a contract, and the handful of tools each of those needs is different. A rail of twenty-four symbols serves none of them well.
For example
What to do
- It’s offered whenever you open a drawing, once the first page is on screen.
- Pick what you are working on, or No preset. Or answer Not now and nothing changes.
- Untick “Ask me this each time I open a drawing” and you won’t be asked again.
- File › Set up the tools opens it whenever you want it, and Settings › Tools turns the asking back on.
Going further
It never takes anything away. Every tool stays on the rail, in the command palette and on its shortcut whichever you pick — so choosing one is never a decision you can regret.
