Look It Up
Straighten the page by two points
Click two points along a line that should be level and the sheet is shown turned by the small angle that makes it so.

Why you would use it
A scan or a photographed plan that runs a degree or two uphill is tiring to read and awkward to measure along by eye.
For example
What to do
- Open it from View, or search for it in the command palette.
- Click one end of a line that should be level or upright, then the other.
- The status bar says Straightened; click it to put the sheet back.
Going further
It’s only how the sheet is shown, like turning a page to read it. The file isn’t changed, every mark and measurement is still held in the sheet's own coordinates so no quantity moves, and an export or a comparison is made from the sheet as it is. It can be repeated to finish the job and goes no further than 20°; for a quarter turn, turn the page. The magnifier follows the turn, using the page as it was drawn, so on a straightened sheet it’s a little softer than usual. Straightening is for this sitting and starts again when a drawing is opened.
